Act 1 — Build
Joining a scale-up with no creative machine and building one from scratch: brief process, production pipeline, team rituals, tooling — including AI. Translating methods proven in mobile gaming to a sector, real estate, that speaks a completely different creative language.
Act 2 — Scale
Getting the machine running: regular batches, structured testing, scaling volume without losing quality. ⟦PH⟧ Project in progress — this section will grow over the coming months.

This is the zero-to-one case. Blitz shows I can run and optimize a big machine. Zefir shows I can build one.
